  The customer service is so bad , I not nice and don’t have good manners . I don’t go anymore there because I don’t like the place and the people

  Worst helpless unprofessional dirty place, workers are not there to serve the community, they just there for their hourly. I am from Brentwood and after years of choosing not to go back to this circus I decided to go back there to see that nothing has changed, Next day I went to the Medford branch close to work and I had a way better service. Brentwood post office is run by monkeys! People go to Bayshore or CI where people are treated as people!

  I just had a wonderful experience via telephone from Indiana to Brentwood, NY post office. Postal worker, Nick, there should be more like you in the world’s workforce. Not only did you go beyond for a postal customer but were knowledgeable, courteous and kind. And thank you to the kind carrier that also went above and beyond. Kudos to you both! You deserve a raise!!! Thanks again!

  This place is absolutely ridiculous. First of all no tape. All out of tape. How does a post office run out of tape? Second the lady at the counter refused to scan my return label as she states there was no QR code. All other post offices will accept my return label but not this post office? Lady was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful at all. This post office needs to be shut down seriously. Waste of space and tax payers money!!

  It's always a line like their giving out free cheese...have to remind myself to go to Bayshore post office or C.I..and they don't practice social distancing..annoying
