::The women here are rude, don’t want to be bothered to do their job. Been here 3x for one package and they refuse to tell me which box is correct or even help me understand what the issue is. I understand the 2 star over all review. I’ve been to the DMV with friendlier service.

::Horrible staff! They are so miserable - their attitudes are so negative. These 2 women are RUDE! Not professional at all. If they hate their jobs so much they should quit! No wonder the post office is going out of business! People want to be treated with respect. We are paying for services! Never will go back to this post office again! They need training on how to treat people with CPR - Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect!!!

::Complained Im shipping to much packages at once. Said next time she cant take it. These people have bad attitudes. They should hire students like ups there way better at customer service.

::I work very close to this post office. I got married recently so I have been in and out quite a bit with bridal shower invitations, thank yous, save the dates etc. It's a fairly small post office so I am usually dealing with the same two cashiers. Their body language, dirty looks and lack of happiness in their faces every single time told me they did not want to help me. I did my best to have patience. I'm sure selling me 150 stamps once a month can be quite irritating. But today...I am going to write my first Google Review. I got Hess on the phone this morning. I asked if she had a stamp in stock and she was pissed I would ask her such a question. That stamp wasn't there. So in fear of Hess's bad day, I timidly asked her if she had any other stamps that were appropriate for wedding invitations. She was PISSED! Finally I got, "Well we have the LOVE one". So, I said, "oh okay, thank you." and as I was asking her how many of that one she had, she hung up on me. I only write this review to let others know if you are looking to do any type of personal mailing go to the Wheeler Road Post Office in Hauppauge its very close to this one and you will have a good experience. They are amazing over there. Always helpful. They always have a large selection of stamps in stock and you won't have to be scared that the cashier is going to beat you up.
