  absolutely excellent customer service and a great price. I would definitely recommend this rental place to others.

  Wildly inaccurate (dishonest) price advertising, followed by my attempts to contact Thrifty about the issue being completely ignored by Customer Service. This review actually pertains to a different branch to the one in Stamford, but I cannot locate it to review it. The comments about being ignored by Customer Service apply to the company as a whole.

  John at the main desk was amazing! My train was running late and yet he stayed to make sure I got my car. Great service, wonderful to know there is a real person on the other end of the phone. Thanks John!
