  Good experience renting the car; however, left a jacket in the car and have tried to call the location numerous times over the past 2 days with no answer. Would be nice if someone pick up the store phone!

  Had a great experience renting the vehicle at this location. The hours and location was easy and convenient. To top it off the staff was wonderful and friendly.

  They have very below standard cars available Or the staff is mean enough to give low standard cars to first time customers and better for others I got crappie Hyundai Elantra which had 3 dents and car started showing abnormal tire pressure too. They don’t give, clean and checked cars.

  Online reservation was very user friendly, and both pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Staff was very hospitable too. I will certainly use Avis Car Rental again.

  Stress-free, extremely pleasant car rental experience. The roomier-than-expected auto was spotless (but had none of those nasty air freshener odors); handled great/comfortable, smooth ride; and we got excellent mileage. The staff was super-friendly and very efficient; we had no wait at either end. Very clean office and restroom. Loaded up in comfortable parking garage. Can't beat the location for those of us who live in NYC and want to start their trip north of the city at much better rates: an express Metro-North ride to Stamford, then their office is just a few steps from the train station. Tank was full so we hopped right onto I-95 (on-ramp right there). Couldn't have asked for a better situation; they spoiled us.
