  Compare to Avis next door: Pro: better car condition, I got compact cars from both place. Hertz compact car is definitely better than Avis. Con: I will appreciate a lot more if the clerks there show some hospitality. I feel they are like prison guards lecturing me. Bottom line: The location is fantastic; depending on the rates though. If you go with Hertz, just bear in mind that at least one person suffered once.

  If you absolutely have to rent a car, go next door to Avis. Without a doubt, the most frustrating rental I have ever had to deal with. Hertz are great, this one is not.

  Helpful, courteous counter staff. Clean car (with a new snow brush/ice scraper in the back seat). Great rate. All good.
