  This has to be the most dreadfully slow TD location in the country. The employees walk around as if it's a model show. The branch manager does not ever give a damn. I waited 45 minutes before they called me to tell me the ATM card machine is not working. The employees that sit at the desks never greet customers and just tell you to sit instead of asking your concerns and why you are there. There is no sign in sheet as they just get up and yell out, who's next! Someone needs to teach them customer service, because they have none. Very disappointed

  The staff is not friendly at all ! They are too busy chatting it up and being rude because customers interrupt their conversations. There are a few employees that are amazing for example Julia at the Queens Village location. She is the only one that is friendly at this location. Will definitely stop going there . TD Bank is great but they definitely need to hire better staff . I go to their other locations when I can .

  Veryyyyyy terrible service sucky Reps walking around like they are models and don’t acknowledge the fact that you are there if you go in to speak to a rep guaranteed if you are not the 1st person there you will wait over 30-40mins just to speak to someone . But the tellers Jessica and Julia are excellent they go above and beyond to help you the rest of the team doesn’t care about their job

  I have never had a problem at this location. I am there everyday and every one is very nice and helpful. They cant control how busy the location gets. There are alot of customers and this is the only TD location in the area so yes once in a while it gets busy....
