  I recently opened a Chase account so I could bank closer to home. Robert was extremely helpful and explained all the services Chase has to offer. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure I was happy with the customer service he provided. They have 3ATMs and 2 Auto-tellers here because it’s a very busy branch. I’m very happy with this branch.

  The worst branch in all chase bank waiting to do a straight deposit for a friend of my mine ... and there's only 2 tellers .. one handling a business customer that came in with stacks of 1 dollar bills and the other teller is still counting the ATM Machines is 10:44 am .. they supposed to count those machines once they get in the branch.. and they left me waiting on line for 15 minutes. I was the only customer waiting.. disgusting service.. the worst.

  This branch used to the best , months ago!!!!!!. When Carol,Chandra,bibi,Raj,Savithri was their. Now with the new manager all they care about is sale sale sale. The banker don't want to help you any problems.but they will give you million of accounts. Worst bank ever!!!!!!!
