::Didn't accept my money order because the sender didnt sign it. Although money order doesn't need purchaser's signature. I went to another branch and cashed it without any question asked.

::Never going to this branch ever again.

::This is by far the BEST Citi branch location if you ask me. Since I opened my account here three years ago, Ade (Manager) and Josephine Moya (Banker) have given me nothing short of excellent service....every time. Its always service with a smile, and they go the extra mile....every time. Please Citibank, I hope you never ruin a good thing, by ever changing this team at this branch. I can't speak for any of the other workers; I limit my very happy interactions to Jo and Ade, and I am beyond pleased!! Thank you both for all the professionalism and cordiality....its always a joy!!! Great hires Citibank!!!

::If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Today my fiancé was discriminated against by the branch manager Ade Alajo (he refused to tell his name but we were able to retrieve it from customer service). When my fiancé tried to make a withdrawal from this establishment, which is his home bank, he was denied his rights to his money and was told there's nothing they can do to help. The branch manager did not ask for his identification, he did not ask him to answer any security question, or follow any protocols that would cause a reason for my fiancé to be denied the rights to his funds. After pleading with the bank manager to give him an explanation for why he was being treated this way the bank manager shut the teller table door in his face! and proceeded to ignore him. I do not know what corporate establishment would train their branch mangers to treat their clients this way. I am completely and utterly appalled by the actions of this Citi Bank branch manager.
