::I work around Bedford hills so I was looking for a near by Starbucks and the GPS showed me one inside a Target store. The girl at the cashier in Starbucks has HORRIBLE customer service skills. When I was telling her my order all she was saying was "mhm", she didn't make eye contact at all, I wanted a grande iced green tea latte so I asked her if they shake or mix the green tea latte (some Starbucks shake them), she replied with an attitude "Do you want it shake?" And I replied to her "no". She never said thank you and when I asked her for a shopping bag for my 2 sandwiches she gave it to me in a bad way. I asked an employee for a manager and he took me to a girl who said was the manager and I explained to her the situation, she seemed to agree with me but I doubt that she'll do anything about it. This baristas need to be retrained on customer service. This is by far my worst Starbucks experience. I visited this Starbucks around 12:30 PM, first and last time.

::Starbucks employee wants to argue with a customer? Had she not been yapping her jaw and paying attention she would have heard me! But she’s rather go back and forth and argue. Really great customer experience starbucks! Thought you had better employees then that!

::Dan the manager was unhelpful when we wanted to purchase Christmas items on clearance that weren't in the system. He said we could buy them full price and was rude. I suggest no one shop at this location. I've worked coporate for 13yrs at Christmas and customer service FAILED HERE MISERABLY.
