  The Customer Service Dept. is inept and disjointed. All I wanted was to get a simple replacement for a bottle of defective shampoo. What I received were 5 different replies each having nothing to do with solving my issue.

  This site is a smaller store with only one floor. It is a clean store and the sales help is good. What I like the most about BB&B is the fact that their discount coupons never expire 🤗

  It's really fun to shop here. They have high quality products. I love the prices too because with the coupons you get great deals & the staff are very friendly & helpful.
