  STORE MANAGER HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER QUICK AND FOR NOT PUSHING ME TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE. WHEN I DO BUY A PHONE I WILL FOR SURE GO AND SPEND MONEY HERE.

  Wish I could go lower than one star. There is a total lack of respect at the Park Place mall T-Mobile store. I went to upgrade me and my daughters phones we started the day happy as we were going to get new phones. As we went in to the store we were rushed up to and greeted by John dhe seemed happy and enthusiastic about helping us out at first then as he starts asking for my information to pull-up my account my daughter leaves to a store really fast and when she comes back she is told that we had to stay within the store while we go through the transaction which I thought was silly as we are inside of a mall and paying customers however I brushed it off and we we begin discussing why were there and he asks me if I’d like some water so I accept which I thought was very curtious he runs and gets us some water, at this time I give my daughter some money and tell her to go shopping while I take care of the phones, as she is leaving John comes out of the back sees her leaving and forcefully tells my daughter that if she’s leaving she needs to stay out. I am taken back a little bit hearing a complete stranger speak to a young lady like that, AGAIN I try to ignore it and we begin to proceed in discussing why we were there John gives me another option and he tells me there is a buy one get one free going on so I ask him more about it and he starts to review T-Mobile’s small print within the BOGO promotion and this is where things start to unravel, it was then demanded that I add an extra line to my account (which is normal for BOGOs as we have done so before which is why I don’t like these offers) however on top of that he told me that I needed to go see his friend at AT&T to purchase a number and bring it back to him to take advantage of the promo (not suspicious at all right?) I respectfully decline his offer and begin trying to discuss not taking advantage of his offer and just upgrading both phones, he then got frustrated with me and started calling me incompetent and telling me it was stupid not to take this deal and laughing in my face about me not taking it, he’s lucky that I didn’t ring his little kneck talking to me the way that he was I then began to leave the store and as I do he rushes around the counter in an aggressive fashion to shake my hand and in the most douchiest/sarcastic way and tells me to have a great day and thanks me fore wasting his time. Later that afternoon I called to speak to a manager and what his name is only to get told that John is the manager!!!!! If the manager is this unprofessional I can only imagine what the others are like working with! ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY I TOLD FRIENDS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND HAVE HEARD IDENTICAL STORIES!

  Exceptional service and they make you feel welcome with there great group great. The sales team are very knowledgeable. A very friendly store to go shopping for new phones and great accesories.

  Great store ! Walked in just to look but with all the great deals they offered I could not wait to get away from Verizon! Super nice I never been to a store where they offer every single customer water !
