  The staff there was very friendly and helpful, my daughter is the Sprint customer and they did a good job in helping her get her new phone and in setting it up.

  How does a place like this stay in business? They lied about the price of my plan. I was supposed to get BOGO. Called sprint and was told it takes a few billing cycles to show up. Three months later and guess what? Yup, same high bill, now they say to go to the store to get this fixed. The guy at the store explained to the person on the phone what happened but was told the offer had expired. After a \year , my bill goes up again as promotional prices on an 18 month lease only lasts 12 months. Bottom line my $120 plan ends up costing $350.

  If you like to get played go here and ask for ruben. He'll get you good. Sprint was good to me this store is full of shady workers. Don't turn in your phone to this store if you are leaving sprint because the warehouse might never get it. Make sure you get a receipt and tracking number. Ill get tricky trying to explain to customer service why they haven't gotten the phone. Ruben will lie to your face so please ask for him

  This store is staffed by liars. Ricardo enticed me with a great price on a. Phone plan and then, when I was billed, it was over $100 more. I was charged for things that he strait up told me I wouldn't be charged for. When my phone was inevitably turned off for non payment (I'd gone into the store and paid the quotes amount) he said he'd fix it so my phone would be turned on. Days later it was not turned on, so I went back in and talked to Ruben. I was then told that Ricardo had never fixed my account, but he would. He temporarily fixed it to get my phone back on (it was a Sunday and after corporate hours) and he'd fix it on Monday. Long story short(er) he never did and sprint has turned off my phone again. Now the manager is trying to get me to pay more, which I refuse to do because I paid the agreed upon price. Oh, to make it more fun, every person I talk to says I actually need to be paying a completely different price, none of which is the price I was originally quoted. Don't go here, unless you enjoy being taken.
