  Sim not compatible with network. No solution offered. Should have just gone with the other company that everyone suggested

  Great service. Inside the mall next to Nordstrom. Official T-Mobile store. Not an associate store.

  I stopped into the store to get my contacts, photos, etc moved from my iPhone 3G to my new Nexus 4, recently purchased from TMobile in NV. Unfortunately, the TMobile rep I spoke with was not able to do this for me because the store did not have the proper cord. They had not bothered to replace it when it became damaged and unusable. The Nexus 4 isn't old & outdated, it would be good business sense to have that cord available to service TMobile customers.

  Great fast clesn helpful. Was my original post. Then found out Michael at tmobile lied to me causing extra work.
