  i was having problems with my Surface pro updates. make a quick appointment a day before and once i got there, they tried everything to fix the problem. At the end of the day, it was no longer repairable, So they simply swapped me out for a different one. The place IS a little small, but if you know what you want and have any questions or problems. They will do what they can to resolve any concerns.

  Why exactly do I have to pay for the computer and the software and then have to pay an annual fee for the software????? buyer's remorse to the fullest.

  Micheal at Brea store is awesome and helped me get my extended warranty over the phone with great ease.(I give him 5 stars). I put one star because I called the same Brea store back to warranty the second surface I bought and nobody was knowledgeable to help get the extended warranty, the girls on the phone said I had to bring it in personally!😵 When I live 2 hrs away from the store that is closer by my residence. Please train those girls right! Ended up calling the store in Conoga Hills and Gina effortlessly took care of getting the warranty on my second device! 5 stars for Conoga Hills store!!!!!

  Professional and always have a neat clean set up. Employees are all so helpful with answering questions
