::This store is a piece of work!! Went in for help with transferring an ATT IPAD account from one iPad to another. They could care less I was having a problem. One of their employees told me that the reason it wasn't working right because it was a new IPAD on an old account, and they could SELL ME A NEW ACCOUNT so that it would work right. WHAT?? what a bunch of BS!! All they care about is UPSELLING... TV - INTERNET - NEW SERVICE... they have no desire in servicing your account! And we've had ATT mobile accounts for over 15 years, mobile and iPad, and they could care less! I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

::They literally don’t answer the phone. They are good when you’re there, but answer the phone, it’s supposedly what you do. :/

::Are you a business? Do you have a phone? Answer it! Not only do you have to wait on the phone for answer (no one ever answers) but you could wait a half a day in store to be attended to! Horrible service all around.

::When in today (06/26/2017) around noon, to discuss alternatives for a lost phone under warranty...was informed by the store manager and one of their stores associates that they couldn't help me. As a matter of fact, they advised that I would need to file a claim either online or via telephone...but they were super nice to try to lure me in into getting a new line for $20.00, so my monthly payment will go down...this is after the fact, they noticed it was a corporate account...With several phones and with several tablets... Wait it gets worse they not only attempted to lure me into the shark bloody water; but they had the nerve to ask me that they can lower my monthly payments if I sign up with AT&T/Direct TV...wow AT&T has really lost it... For pushing their store manager and their store associates to get that commission...
