::I have Waited over a month for any appointment and the doctor decided they didn’t wanna drive in the snow. I am sorry but this is Colorado and you are surgeon which means people most likely see you for a very good reason. They have no way of leaving a message and have no plan on how they will reschedule me. I take clients for a living too and now they expect me to work around their schedule and cancel my clients when I have taken the time to make it work so I don’t lose time and money. Must be nice to not need money and care about your patients. If I operated business the way you do I would be out of business. GET IT TOGETHER AND ALLOW YOUR PAITIENTS TO LEVAE A VOICEMAIL AND GET SOME SNOW TIRES.

::Apparently zero stars is not an option! It took these people NINE months AFTER they received a payment from my insurance to bill me. When I contacted them, Natalie (a manager), told me they handle thousands of bills and sometimes things fall in a crack. Great--They handle thousands of patients, I hope things related to medical care don't fall in a crack! I asked for 9 months to pay and was told I could but it would be turned over to collections. I delayed paying them simply out of principle--their bill fell in a crack on my end. What do they do, threaten to turn it over to collections after a couple of months. REALLY!!! I am sending them a check today but their billing procedures are deplorable!!

::Rude, unprofessional, and lazy. My wife has been waiting weeks just for a referral to another dr. We keep getting told they are surgeons so they are busy. We’ve called multiple times and left emails only to get snarky responses from reception and no return phone call from doctors, nurses, or the office manager. It’s been weeks since her appointment. And this is the second time this type of occurrence has happened. With only having two appointments. They don’t care about their patients. You are a number and money. That’s it.
