::The doctors here are amazing! I have had a great experience 95% of the time with all interactions with staff. I took off a star though because, my baby was on antibiotics and I called the office to ask a question about dosing that really couldn’t wait, and unfortunately it was over their lunch break. Instead of going to voicemail, a woman answered and told me I would have to call back in an hour. I asked if I could leave a message and she repeated that I would have to call back. Waiting an hour to get my question answered really wasn’t an option so I ended up having to Google my question and make an educated guess about what to do. I really like this office over all, but this experience was very disappointing and lost a little trust from me.

::We send our kid's to Peaks because we trust their pediatrician, James. She is genuine and she is amazing with kids! peaks is lucky to have her! We give her 5 stars! The front desk staffing needs to answer the calls faster and needs to be more polite. If James wasn't at Peaks we would change to a different pediatrician because of the experience we have had with the front staff.

::Love this clinic. Everyone is so kind to children and parents too. They always have enough time to explain things. I moved an hour away but drive here for my child’s doctor. This is where we’ll stay til she outgrows the clinic.
