::Stayed here for long term parking, so can't speak to the rooms. That being said the place was run down looking inside. Used the bathroom before getting on the shuttle, and it was barely passable as decent. The outside was dirty as all get out. Actually very glad we didn't have to physically use the place in order to park. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else. I mean it's not great when 3 cop cars come cruising in within 7 minutes with 6 cops in total going inside. The shuttle service was great getting to the airport, but coming back at the end of our trip required us to catch an Uber. Honestly, that was probably for the best.

::Hotel General - Lengthy check-in, 10 minutes conservatively while clerk worked on computer not saying anything. I was finally handed 1 key card without the customary paper wallet and had to ask the clerk what my room number was. It probably would have been written on the paper key wallet, along with the WiFi password but that was a no go. Elevator out of order. AM coffee ran out [one machine] 5 minute wait for hot coffee. Breakfast offered in the lobby by the front desk consisting of coffee [when available], orange and apple juice, lemon water, Nutri Grain fruit bars, small blueberry muffins, empty yogurt cup dispenser, 1 small orange in a bowl. Regular Breakfast Room was closed and not in use. Room 206 - No clock, no facial tissue, no iron in the wall mounted iron holder, bath exhaust fan unusable as it sounded like a security alarm going off. Bed and pillows were comfortable, sheets were clean, good grade of towels. I have stayed at this Super8 multiple times in the past and have not had as many issues. I know what is usually offered by this caliber of hotel and am definitely disappointed on this occasion. I will continue to use Super8 in my travels but will not return to this particular hotel. There are plenty other lodging offerings in the area. Also, why do some hotels continue to have TVs and remotes that don't have a sleep timer function? Very annoying!

::The room itself was a very nice room, especially for the price. Check in was seamless and very welcoming. The reason for the low review is as follows: the fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night. If there was a known issue, we were not warned about it. If not, they didn't address it at all so we had no clue if there was an actual emergency or not, which made sleep difficult to say the least. Then, in the morning, we went down for the advertised continental breakfast, the front desk person had no clue what was going on for it, then directed us to a room that was under construction with a few nutrigrain bars and some cold muffins. There was a juice machine that wasn't working and no other beverages offered in that area. The worker pointed at the obviously not guest ready set up and said, "there's your breakfast." No apologies or explanation, nothing. Overall a very dissatisfying experience.

::I stay at this hotel every now and then. During my experience here I have found to have excellent service provided by staff. From anyone working there it wasn't just a job to them. From the front desk two housekeeping to maintenance you definitely knew these people enjoyed their jobs. The front desk girl who works during the day on the weekdays was very accommodating and helpful. Although she said she hadn't been there very long she knew her job like she had been there 20 years. Thank you for a good experience. I definitely will come back to see you again

::Horrible place! Staff was not friendly. Young man that checked us in wasn’t very helpful. The room was out dated and our room smelled horribly musty and damp! The shower curtain rod was broken so trying to take a shower the curtain never even stayed shut, therefore water ended up all over the floor. There was water damage to the walls in the bathroom! The bed frame was broken and the mattress was sinking in the center. As my husband and I were navigating to our room people were congregating all over the halls as we were dragging our suitcases to the room and refused to move! We had to wait for them to be able to get through. Kids screaming in the halls, doors slamming constantly! People above us so loud rolling around in a chair for a good portion of the night it sounded as if people were bowling above us! It was a nightmare! We paid WAY to much for 2 nights for this dump! There was an extremely intoxicated man out front of the hotel just walking back and forth as we checked in and made me feel uncomfortable. Only upside to this place was it was a 5 minute drive to Mall of America. Certainly would never stay here again!! Beware!!
