  Good location for mall of America visit. Nice quiet area. Great breakfast and very comfy pillows. Nice clean room.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Both staff and management are extremely rude and unprofessional. Booked two rooms and only had one reserved when we arrived. Staff at the front desk argued with us about it when we had the reservation on our phone as proof. Then got charged for three rooms instead of two rooms. Called and tried to explain what happened & the staff and manager on duty were beyond rude trying to fix this issue. Got transferred to the manager and she would not let us explain what the issue was & hung up on us twice. This management needs to change and the staff need to be properly trained in customer service. Absolutely will not stay here again & we frequent Minneapolis often. I will spread the word to everyone I know to ensure they avoid this place. I have never felt the need to write a google review before - but this was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If I could give no stars I would. Just save yourself any issues and avoid this place.

  This hotel should defentetly upgrade to 5 star hotel, hard to belive its a 3.8 when service is off the roof , and rooms are just so comfy that I wanted to stay another night but needed to go back home. Thanks and will be staying at you're hotel every single year like I have before when I go visit mall of America once a year. Ill see you again this summer. Thank you for being friendly and keeping those rooms comfy and great price. And let the housekeepers know that when I asked for directions to a place I wanted to go , they didn't hesitate and where really friendly.

  Stayed one night for shopping trip. It's just a couple minutes from the Mall of America and Ikea. Nice room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. Friendly staff who found us a room available at 11:30 am!! We'd definitely stay again.

  We went to the outback steakhouse attached to the comfort inn. It was a typical outback steakhouse experience. The service was great, and they were great with our one year old. The food was what you would expect... Passable, but I would only go there if it was the only place someone else would go - which happened to be the case. We met people staying at the hotel.
