::There were 3 employees there that are even worth mentioning bc the others suck. Patricia, Pam and Erin were very helpful and know their management skills but Lisa and Wendy shouldn't even be working in an hotel environment.. they neither one have any knowledge of customer communications. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone . Had no light in bathroom, had a drawer totally missing in the broke down dresser, had trash, candy wrappers all under the bed,had no toilet paper in bathroom when we checked in so if your wanting a nice, clean hotel, diffinately this is NOT the one.

::I had a great stay. They have a awesome guy that works at the bloomington location named, Dave Rogers he keeps the place clean and smelling nice. Not to mention how he interacts will the people who stay there. He keeps people smiling. They hired a great human being.

::The most creepy and annoying hotel i have ever been, the smell was bad and it hall way is to dirty. The rooms were not as expected. At the front dest the old lady was not helpful at all she told to find another place if I don’t like it here, instead of changing my room. She was kept cursing for working here and went out for smoking while i was talking to her. I was very surprised and sad.

::I'm a traveling (CVOR) Surgical Technologist and I've just arrived for my 13 week contract and the GM Clara was the absolute best. She made me feel extremely comfortable and you can feel she cares about the runnings of the hotel along with your experience during your stay. She seems like she's on top of everything going on in and around the hotel. I want to say thank you Clara for making me feel like I'm at home. Oh before I forget, I LOVE my room.

::To be perfectly clear, we didn't actually stay for the time we reserved. We reserved a few weeks here after we sold our house and until we could move into our new place. The staff were very helpful in trying to find a solution for us, and my issues is not with their service. The rooms and the building are in desperate need of renovations and updates. This is an owner problem, not a staff service problem. During my attempted check in, we tried 3 different rooms and none were able to lock because of the humidity warping the door and doorframe. The countertops in the suites with a kitchen were badly damaged in every room I saw, and the carpets were way beyond their years of acceptable use. They no longer provide coffee/breakfast service, and you have to manually exchange your own towels and take your trash to the back of their bin. Maid service is extremely limited. Again, the staff who helped me were very kind and accommodating, but they were limited in what they could do because the owner needs to hire more staff (and if they can't find anyone I'd gather they probably need to do some research as to why they can't retain --- wages, benefits, environment, etc), and urgently needs to take care of maintenance in the building. I'm honestly not a terribly picky person, we ended up at another budget hotel farther South, but I expect doors to be able to shut and lock properly, to be able to walk barefoot on the carpet inside the room, and to be able to cook in the kitchen that I'm paying for its use. I would not recommend reserving here until building owners take care of some basics.
