Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had from anyone. Walk into the store and they are blaring mumble rap on the store radio. They ask if I was picking up I said no and they said they'd be with me in a minute and the girl that eventually took my order told me to hold on another second and went out of view to send a text. She then completely made my sandwich wrong. I will no longer eat at subway due to this experience

Placed and order online. Arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after the app said that the order was ready. The staff was starting on my order when I arrived. I had to wait a few minutes.

This Subway on Summer near the Old Highway Patrol station was the worst subway I had ever been to today. I believe there two girls in there that must not have been trained because it took 45 minutes to make two sandwiches that I ordered online for takeout. I sit in front of the store for half an hour and watched two girls handle one customer and line with nobody behind them as my daughter sit there and waited for them. Then the sandwiches were awful. The toasted footlongs had burnt bread with hardly any meat on them. I've had steak sandwiches before they put the wrong amount of steak on there because I don't think they knew how much to put. I hope Subway does a better job of turning their employees or at least leaving them instructions on how to make a sandwich or how much of each to put on the sandwich. I thought we all learned in school if you don't know something ask.
