::8 pm tonight, Stage and Bartlett Blvd location. I had to wait for my order. While waiting a young man came in, paid and walked out with a 'lunchbox' box and a marinara sauce on top of it. About 2 minutes later he walks back in with the box and sauce. Mumbles something to the girl behind the counter and she hands him a new 'lunchbox' box and marinara and he walks out. The 'lunchbox' box he returned was placed right back in the warmer ready for the next customer. Maybe you ordered the box he returned tonight. I presume it could have been a legit purchase and exchange or something tells me perhaps it was a drug deal. I tried calling the manager twice on the way home but noone would answer and then it'd disconnect.

::The pizza was sloppy. It was super thin in the middle and thick on the edge. Ordered crazy bread.. was basically just dough. No seasoning on it at all. I won’t be going back to that location. Little Caesar’s has gone downhill. Basically it’s cheap sloppy pizza that you eat when there’s nothing else to eat.

::Great service. The lady at the cash register is very professional. A rude customer came there wanting her pizza ready before everyone else, even though her time was for 3pm & it was 2:30. The lady at the register remained calm to that rude customer, even when she was yelling at her.I had to cover my child’s ears. I felt so bad for her bc she was being yelled at over something that’s not her fault. I’m very impressed of how she handled the situation & told her that I appreciate her service. That lady handle that situation so gracefully. I wish I knew her name. That customer should be ashamed of herself for how she treated that poor woman.

::Called the day before to place order for an event - eight pizzas, four crazy bread. Pick up time Saturday 2:30. Called the next morning to confirm & no answer. After two hours of no answer I physically went there to confirm - time, order, everything. Paid for my order. Came back @2:15 to pick up order & lady told me I told her 3:00. So 30 seniors were left waiting on pizza b/c she messed up my order. She got extremely rude & told me she would refund my money. Where was I supposed to get eight pizzas for a bunch of hungry elderly? I told her I had to wait but wouldn’t be coming back - she said that was fine. Whoever the owner of this store is - you are losing money. I won’t be back & I order for our residents about once a month. I will take the advice of your staff and take my business elsewhere. Oh and to top it off - one of the breads were still 1/2 frozen & one pizza was cold & doughy. The lady that waited on me was nice enough - until she made a mistake. Even some of the other customers said she was scatterbrained but call her out on her mistake & you get a whole different side. Shame on you - I used to get great service here.

::Little Caesars is a great pizza place. They had safety precautions in that they only let a certain amount of people in the store and had tape down to keep everyone distanced. Aldo they have wonderful pizza and have for about 5+ years. The employees always will make you a hot pizza is you want to wait and its only 5min. They are kind, make great food, have safety precautions and offer a wonderful amount of items on their menu.
