  I ordered a frozen breakfast from soli, since I forgot to pack something. It. Was. AMAZING. Highly recommend. They come frozen/cold so you have to warm them up in the microwave, but they come in a cute lil Tupperware, and they take hardly any time to heat, AND all the caloric info is included. Most importantly, it was VERY YUMMY.

  tastey, healthy, and portioned decently. the fact that its already made easy to grab and go is awesome, but waaaaaaaaaaaaay too overpriced. might as well cook and prep for less...

  I can't say enough about this place. It is so good to know exactly what you are eating when you order out. The food is not only healthy but delicious too! Whatever I am in the mood for, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack to get me through, they have it! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, as well. My family and I love this place!
