  The coffee was trash. I gave four stars because I asked for no egg and they gave it to me anyway. I had to turn around and go back, they fixed it and it was great.

  I made a mobile order, went into the store and stood where you’re supposed to stand to receive your mobile orders. The staff worked for 20 minutes and not once asked if I had received my drink or if I needed anything. (I will also say I was standing right in front of them about three feet away) After about 20 minutes I asked someone about my drink order. They then proceed to give me my semi cold supposed to be hot drink. (They had been placing drinks next to the cash registers. Not in the designated Mobile order area) I told him I had been standing in the mobile order area. So workers don’t ask customers if they’re okay after seeing them stand for 20 minutes?

  I ordered a large coffee with light almond milk. I was charged for four orders of almond milk, almost $3! I insisted that my total was way more than what I expected to pay, but I was told the price was correct. I emailed the store about this problem and never received a response.

  First visit since Covid Good coffee and doughnuts. Surprisingly selection not as good as it was before Covid. Moreover ordering process very odd. I ordered a large coffee - simple, right? Before they would pour the coffee and give it to you right there. Now, they have to print a label, and it goes in the queue. I'm the only one standing at the counter there in an empty store yet they prepared ten fancy coffees (drive through? Door dash?) Before pouring a simple coffee. I literally stood there in front of them for ten minutes just to have a simple coffee poured. I'm probably not going back anytime soon.

  Order number #2431 ($6), my ice coffee taste like nasty water. Very little creamer but a lot of sugar sitting in the bottom. My husband said his hot coffee was fine. My drink was not drinkable. Long 17 car ride, very disappointing when I needed a good cup of coffee to finish the last 5 hours.
