::My dad went in to get sandwiches yesterday for my family(him, my mom and my 2 kiddos). It was just him amd another lady in front of him. So it's not like they weren't busy. It was just my dad that went in....my mom and kiddos stayed back at the house. When it was my dads turn to order, he was told that he could only order one sandwich per person.....Ummmm what? Lol. My dad walked out and left cause that's the most ridiculous thing he's ever heard. He walked out and got subway from another town....

::Food is good but I came in the other day ago and the older lady that works here is rude. Her attitude they way she says something she’s over all just rude. And seems like she don’t want to be there everytime I come in

::They have the worst customer service skills, the guy behind rushed us to the point he burnt our sandwiches that was hard enough to break my tooth! I wouldn’t recommend at all!

::Came in at 6:35 on 10/26/2022. The guy there was already closing down. He told me that he's put most of everything away so we won't be able to get much. Then proceeded to tell me how he needs to hurry and close because he has work at 6:00am. When another customer came, he groaned loudly and kept repeating how he needs to close. Not a good experience and the sandwich was the worst I've had. Not coming back.

::I ordered online for the first time. Everything went smooth until we got our sandwiches home. My husband and I each ordered a sandwich and the toppings were reversed. We did not eat them and held onto them until the evening because we both had to get back to work. Tried calling for several hours and no one would answer the phone. So we go in later, the employee remade the sandwiches. We added 2 drinks and a bag of chips since we were just eating there. Paid full price for that. I understand that he remade the sandwiches, but its frustrating that there was no apology for the inconvenience or anything else. When I mentioned to him that we have been trying to call, he said that the phone is broken and they are waiting for the boss to fix it (WTF?!) I will not be eating at this location again.
