::I asked for golden crust on w large pizzas. What we got was overly flattened - yet not thin crust. The edges were so tough you couldn't bite through. The center was cracker like on the bottom but still doughy on top. The centers of the pizzas were cut but not the edges. The cherry stressed I ordered looked nothing like other dessert pizzas I have gotten from same location previously. I ordered in person and waited for my order. My bad for not checking the order before I left. On the other hand there seemed to be one person on duty trying to train someone on what appeared to be his first day. Tried repeatedly to call back and complain but couldn't get anyone to answer.

::My order never arrived. I called the store, explained I never received my order. They said they would cancel it. They did not, now I have to deal with my credit card company. Over Godfather's pizza!

::Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5 waited until 6 and asked where is my pizza? It’s all doorfash’s fault. Really you charged me for the order and now you you are blaming someone else

::Online ordering chose this location as default and gave me no choice that I saw for time of delivery. There was no way to cancel order even though i was ordering at 11:30am and the delivery time it chose was 4:00pm. It makes zero sense, the confirmation order email had no cancel link and there was no way to cancel on the site. I called another godfathers to ask how to cancel and got no help at all. Worst customer service ever, Godfathers you can do better.

::I ordered something $45 Worth of food. I never received it. They then told me they would refund it. I was fine with that. After 10 days I never received a refund, call the store and they never refunded it an credited the account. I then just call back to recieve that credit and the guy that works there is absolutely terrible last time he was no help and today he hung up on me!!! This guy who works there is absolutely TERRIBLE and should probably be retrained with customer service! The girl manager has been great but this guy needs retrained with respect.
