  The people who work there are nice but I pulled my money completely out last week. In January Stellar sent a booklet saying that all Community BofT customers had until Feb 21st to change their bank routing numbers for auto-pays or their payments may not go through. There was no grace period mentioned. I called about this because I have a lot of auto-pays set up as well as direct deposits. Was told there would be a grace period but no one had been told how long. So the grace period was not only left out of the printed material but it seems it is a secret. I will not be jerked around by my bank. I don’t want to go through all my banking payments, individually log on and change multiple routing numbers on multiple auto-pay accounts because Stellar would rather me do it than for them to carry extra routing numbers from Community depositors. If I’m going to all that trouble, I’m moving my money to another bank at the same time. Threatening to separate depositors from their money by an unreasonable deadline that isn’t even necessary is not a good way to start a consolidated banking relationship.
