  Amegy has been declining during last 5 years. Moved to another Bank. Advise others to do the same.

  had to go pick up a check from my fiancé that could not be deposited into my account. Which was completely fine. When i asked a simple question to the supervisor Nicole she was extremely rude to me and hung up the answering service. Why be in a manager position if you cannot be polite to your customers. Will close my account and bank with a new bank after this.

  Change your sign that states you open at 07:30 a.m. This caused a lot of confusion and problems for me today. I've been an Amegy member for over 10 years. So please fix your sign.

  A little slow and do not verify each deposits and sometimes miss key information.
