::Great location, easily accessible to downtown, ambiance was amazing, had a new twist to an old architectural building! Fun friendly vibe, upon checking in your given two actual brass type keys, haven’t seen that in a while. Elevators have the 1920’s vibe, we stayed in an executive suite which was very clean, roomy and bed was extremely comfortable. It also came with two comforters one for each of us, shower towels were extra large and perfect for drying off after a shower. Staff was very informative and friendly/willing to help. Bartender Michelle was absolutely great easy to talk with, very knowledgeable on drinks, beers (hotel specialty pineapple beer and old forester’s stay pineapple liquor) Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends! The only thing I would recommend is, if you love a dark room to sleep in I suggest that you bring some sleep eye cover thing as some of the sunlight does sneak in.

::My partner and I stayed here for the first time in Feb 2023. We loved it! Finding the hotel was easy and check-in was fast and smooth. The room keys are actual keys instead of a card, which we thought was pretty cool. The staff were very informative and friendly. Before heading off to our room we were offered complimentary cookies, water, and coffee. We lucked out with our room being on the 14th floor with a perfect view of the Chicago Theatre! We were both extremely happy with our view and room. We reserved a Deluxe Queen room and while it was smaller than rooms we’re normally used to, that didn’t matter at all. It was extremely clean and inviting. I’m not kidding when I say the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower was hot and water pressure was great. We were offered bottled water every time we re-entered the hotel which was a nice touch. Unlimited coffee pod refills for the room too. Overall, this is our new favorite Chicago hotel and we will 100% be back.

::We love this place! We have stayed here a few times and have always felt super welcomed. It’s great finding a hotel that not only allows dogs, but really spoils them! All of the staff have been fantastic and have made our pup feel right at home. The hotel is centrally located and is steps away from many tourist locations. Beautiful architecture and a really cool building. Shoutout to front desk agent Michelle for being extra great to Hank and making our visit extra amazing!!! She deserves a raise!

::We had a wonderful time! The staff was so friendly, helpful and take care in making a great experience. The Atwood Restaurant inside was also wonderful! Fun drinks, and fantastic food. The nachos were great and they happily helped us to make them vegetarian friendly. The pineapple theme is extremely fun and they really lean into it. Our room was very clean, well stocked and just the right size with a great view. Also being walking distance to most major places you want to see in the city isn't too shabby!

::Lovely iconic old building in Chicago. The theme is great, location for walking to everything right downtown including the museums. Pineapple water is spectacular. They have super comfy beds with down split duvets. The robes are amazing. The architecture/art deco feel as soon as you walk through the front doors is wonderful.
