  Service rendered to my daughter who was preparing for her wedding. Customer Service was spot on . But, the mani pedi was basic and it took four hours to complete. Way too long for what was done. Nails weren’t dry and she left feeling I will never return.

  I'm from out-of-state and needed a manicure for a client dinner. Soo-Jin, the owner, did the manicure and did a great job. She was easy to talk with, and I genuinely liked her. If I was local, I would definitely return.

  Best nail salon in the East Bay - definitely worth seeking it out in the somewhat random downtown Oakland location. These ladies are artists! Gel/shellac also available.
