::Sadly, I’ll be sticking with the Starbucks in the Arboretum…shame on me for picking this Starbucks on the way home, simply out of convenience. Placed a mobile at 10:18am - got there probably around 10:20am so I told the girl on the speaker to take their time as I knew I was there very early - get to the window and actively hear the crew (while the window is open) talking about me and wondering why I was there already, as they loudly yelled my name from the mobile order etc, etc. My apologies for thinking people here do their jobs. Told the older gentleman at the window what I heard and how I thought it was rude - obviously fell on deaf ears as he came back with an excuse. He’s been rude to me before as well so I’m not surprised. Not that the crew even cares about reviews but, thought it should be known and escalated since I spend a GOOD amount of money at Starbucks.

::This is hands down the best Starbucks location! Every member of the staff is personable and very helpful if you're unsure what to order. They are also extremely fast and have never messed up an order.

::This place has turned around from where it was a few years ago to today. Drive thru is always moving along, order is almost always right (99%). Scot is just the best person to greet you in the morning. Pat is hilarious and always has jokes handy for any situation. The rest of the staff the few times I’ve gone in store are always nice and overall this Starbucks just creates a good experience.
