  Brandon had no cold brew, so I had to settle for the chocolate milkshake. He was rude and sassy, very snappy with a fake smile. That smile was NOT genuine.

  If I could give it less than one star I would. They got my order wrong and handed me a drink without the lid on so it spilled everywhere in my car, and they all laughed about it. I just wanted some coffee before work smh

  Haven't been at this location in years.. Always Crossroads" Visit this location today around 7:42 am cashier not friendly ask for her to pour out a little more coffee, because I wanted more room for milk. She acted if though it was a problem. She didn't speak just her facial expression.. Didn't say one word. I'll pass on this location will not be returning.

  This is the best Starbucks! I usually try to go to a drive thru but after having my order incorrect multiple times I decided it is definitely worth walking in to this location! The girls are so kind and ALWAYS make my order right! Thank you guys for consistency 💗
