::The people that work in the Starbucks at Harris Teeter suck the girl that rang me up was nice but the old lady with white hair that was making the drinks started smacking her lips and making rude comments because she didn't know how & didn't want to make the drink I wanted that was clearly on the menu as one of their feature drinks... If you don't like your job quit!!! Its way too expensive to be listen to Somebody complain about making the s*** was real close to cussing her out but they wasted enough of my 30 minute lunch break so I just left

::Relatively new but a nice and convenient Starbucks, great location. The cashiers / customer service could use a little work in terms of personality. Can easily be perceived as not very welcoming. I have visited this location several times at various times of the day. On most occasions they are not very busy but usually none or very few of the tables are ever cleaned. I think this location only does tables twice a day opening and closing.

::This Starbucks is in a Harris Teeter, just FYI! It’s great for grabbing a coffee while you do your grocery shopping, or for dropping in when it may be peak traffic time for a stand-alone coffee shop. It’s also nice that they have some seating available, which isn’t always the case with coffee stands in grocery stores.

::Store is clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly. Seating is limited. All in all I would have no problem giving the store 4- 5 stars... HOWEVER...the store is located inside a Harris Teeter supermarket. I am here at many different times of day. There are almost always Harris Teeter employees sitting at the tables. There are seven tables. I have come in here only to find as many as three of the tables occupied by supermarket employees. I am not being a jerk. This is a perfect place for a coffee break. The folks who work here are great. They deserve and should have a coffee break during their workday. Where I get frustrated is that significantly more often than not these folks are not buying Starbucks coffee or food. This is a Starbucks, not a Harris Teeter break room.
