::gave this place a few tries and gave the workers the benefit of the doubt but they somehow mess my order up every time i’ve ordered wether it be through the mobile app or in person. and when you try to ask them about your wrong order they play stupid like they don’t understand or are just straight up rude. there’s only one worker i’ve seen ever actually respond to me and help me, everyone else had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen in any starbucks.

::This is the first time, I visited this location and it was busy. I had ordered for a pour over of blonde roast and was waiting for almost 15 minutes. I reached out to the lady with pink hair highlights to check on my order and it looked like that is when they had started the process. She asked me if I am ok with half cup of coffee to leave space for milk. I asked her how long it would take for her to fill the cup and she said it would be a minute or so. So, I waited for her to fill the cup and requested little milk to mix with it. She became rude at this point and said that if I need to mix with milk, I need to order it as well. This was not the case at other Starbucks and when I mentioned, she said that is not their policy. When I said it isn't helping after waiting for almost 20 minutes, she asked me if it is ok to refund and dumped the entire brewed coffee in front of me. I would never visit this location ever again.

::I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. Typically, I have a long list of orders and the barista enters it in with ease using the list I provide. Today, Radhika rudely told me to read each and every order to her. I told her that typically they use the list to enter in the order and names, which she refused to do. This has never been an issue before. The lack of professionalism and rude nature Radhika displayed resulted in an unpleasant experience.

::Okay sized store, with lots of outdoor seating. Bright, colorful decor, comfortable ambience! Ordered a hot latte, but got an iced latte instead. The staff did offer to make a new one, though.
