  I really like the cinnamon caramel nitro cold brew. There is a very appetizing picture on the wall. I’ve had one made correctly in the past, which enticed me to come back and order one again. But, it seems that no one at this Starbucks knows how to make this anymore. Two visits ago, the drink given to me was a nitro on ice with cream (shouldn’t be on ice, no caramel or cinnamon). Next visit, same thing on ice, but at least they sprinkled cinnamon on it. Today, when I ordered, I requested no ice, and was told “nitros don’t come with ice” . Good. What I got was a nitro that was pumped full of vanilla syrup. This time I complained and had to convince them that there should be caramel and cinnamon in it. They remade the drink. They still pumped it full of vanilla syrup, added something frothy that made it look like nothing but foam, and it tasted horrible. I should have asked for it to be remade again, but I gave up. Please train your baristas how to make this drink, or take it off your menu.

  Today, I got the iced strawberry drink. I have my severe allergy these days, so no sense of smell today. So I could say that the drink is just flavored powder and a bit of sugar. Because, all I could taste was cold, sweetened water. Shame on Starbucks. Paid 5.00$ for flavored water! Starbucks is just another Mcdonald's! You should try Starbucks when you have no sense of smell !!

  Smaller Starbucks. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. It’s not as clean or tidy as other Starbucks. I was, frankly, disappointed in this spot to review. Busy with in and out traffic. The parking lot is ample with handicapped spots. I was not impressed with this Starbucks as the other ones I have reviewed. Mainly, for me, I would not come here to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, as I would in all the other Starbucks I have reviewed thus far. I also noticed a great deal of trash inside and outside of this Starbucks that’s stacked to the top so you surely don’t get that “wow” appeal when you enter this shop.

  Extra special, extra smooth served in a black cup. A bag of Reserve coffee beans will cost double the regular Starbucks. The limited upscale version takes the ordinary out and replaces it with specialty producers of coffee beans that results in a very smooth coffee specifically tailored to make you feel extra entitled if only for as long as the cup last, so upgrade to the larger cup beacuse the number of Starbucks Reserve stores is extra limited.

  This branch is 5 star to me in comparison with other Starbuck branches. So why?! First of all, the level of cleanness is acceptable. Per the espresso machine hopper(attache photo), along sitting and working area cleanliness the meet my criteria to trust their drink. Secondly, they are fast to manage the line. Thirdly, they are well stocked with products such as sandwiches which usually is out on evening time. (All the photos was taken around 5:00 pm.)
