  Worst Starbucks ! by me being an previous employee at different location they are not going by drink making standard my drink taste different every time.

  Ordered a peppermint mocha with no whip cream, received a cup of hot water with no mocha or peppermint however, it had whip cream…. When I looked at my app after getting on the highway, I see that location is sold out of peppermint mocha so I guess instead of telling me they, just thought hot water with whip cream was good enough…

  This location absolutely 💯 ok. They were fast and very polite. Great customer service too.

  This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. They are extremely kind and get people's orders quickly finished. Also they got everyone's order correct including my own. They accepted my CashApp, Cash Card, as payment and also I took some cool photos to show you all as well as my amount paid for a venti vanilla latte. I hope this review is helpful to make up your mind as it is one of the best Starbucks in all of Memphis!
