  Absolutely horrible service! Waited an hour to get my food, ordered at 6:26, got my food at 7:33 and when I wanted to speak to a manager he just brushed me off. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to wait forever for your food and have to deal with unprofessional childish staff.

  Expect to have a long wait when you come to this McDonald’s and cold food. I told them my order in the drive thru just to be told to pull over into a parking spot and sit for 15 minutes waiting on 1 apple pie. They brought out my food and told me it would be a wait for an apple pie.. for one don’t you all pay attention to when the pies are getting low??? I waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot and decided to go in just to be ignored by everybody working back there.. they don’t move with any type of haste they don’t care how long you’ve been waiting. They’ll walk past people standing at the cash register to place an order and won’t tell you they’ll be with you in a moment or anything. It’s sad and they mostly always get orders wrong. The manager was nice enough to give me 2 apple pies but the wait I had to go through was unacceptable. This McDonald’s doesn’t have to worry about me no more and it’s sad because it’s the most convenient location to stop at in Bartlett. And if you’re a delivery driver please don’t accept any orders from this location PLEASE!

  Literally stuck in line for 40 minutes then they took 4 cars from one lane while the rest of us that have been stuck in line for the whole time just had to watch them go by. Got to the window with my mobile order and was informed that even though the amount was pending on my card I would not be given my food unless I pulled back around and ordered it again.

  They were busy but somehow our food was not hot. The fries were barely warm. We also had a total of 22 nuggets between everybody's order and we didn't get any sauce. I had to send my kid in to get the sauce. There were zero napkins in the bag either and the Sprite tasted flat.

  Went through the drive thru. All Employees I interacted with were super nice and friendly. Only issue I had was they told me my burger and fries were both being cooked and could I pull up. No problem. When they brought my food out less than 3 minutes later the burger nor the fries were even hot. 🤷‍♀️
