  It was absolutely terrible! They need to quit the two line thing if they are not able to handle it. We waited then got up to pay and she simply ignored us. Then after getting to the window and being questioned like we didn't pay they still gave us the wrong food. Had to park go inside and get the order straight. Never never never will l stop at another resturant with teenage workers and a nonchalant young manager!

  I had requested that my food be freshly made(a bit OCD about hot food). Said I didn't mind waiting the 5mins or more it usually takes. Get to the window, asked if my food was freshly made as they were handing me my food as soon as I pulled up.(usually told to wait on the side.) They said yes. I checked it and it was not fresh at all. I go back in line and tell them to please make my food fresh. I could tell they just re-dropped the food.(I use to work in fast food so I know what that looks and tastes like). Instead of the manager just apologizing and remaking it he tried to tell me it was fresh when it clearly wasn't and started to laugh towards me. I told him it was definitely re-dropped. Was told to pull around to the door by a young lady after the manager walked away laughing. Waited a few mins then the manager came back out. I checked my food again. The nuggets were fresh but the fries were not. They were cold and hard like before. I had enough of the managers ego so I took my things and left. The manager again laughed at me and left. Very very disappointed in this manager as this isn't the first time he's been unprofessional and not able to professionally handle a customer complaint. I do have a dashcam that caught everything on camera and will save the footage. Please let me know if you would like the video. Thank you.

  Drive thru went bad slowly and one has to be patient. The price was reasonable and the order was right. The atmosphere appeared calm. At the order receipt window, there was no greeting except "Did you order the big breakfast?" The food was delicious and hot.

  Worst ever! Payment was not allowed at the kiosk due to some technical error - not my credit card as I had just used it to get gas. Waited TEN MINUTES at the counter for assistance to pay for my order. Staff at the prep area saw us. The lady doing delivery/pick ups saw us. Nothing. When we left, I told her we had an order but we waited for 10 minutes and no one assisted us. She said “If I had known, I would have sent someone to help you.” EXCUSE ME? You looked at us standing at the counter at LEAST twice, if not 4 times. Your staff saw us, I even smiled at them and no assistance. PATHETIC!!

  What can I say… it’s McDonald’s. The place is clean and so are the bathrooms. Stand up urinal in the mens bathroom is like 4 inches off the ground so there is pee everywhere around it. Be forewarned. Staff is friendly and ordering at the kiosks is easy. Food was delicious, can’t really ask for much more .
