  Great Service! Sarah is fantastic. She went out of her way to amuse the family when we were there. I'm sorry I can't remember the guy working there but he was extremely helpful and fun too! We noticed that they know their regulars, which is nice. Thanks!

  No parking close. They also had a trainee so service was slow

  Grabbed coffee here several times. Always busy (at least when I've been there), and it's the typical Starbucks slow. Good amount of seating inside.

  Super friendly... clean space... convenient (if you are not driving but plenty of uptown parking depending on the time/day) ... super quick and accurate orders

  Starbucks located in the Duke Energy building in uptown Charlotte. It's Starbucks which is consistently good. The only negative with this particular Starbucks is that there is only one trash can by the order waiting area. On the entire opposite side of the store is the seating area where there is no waste disposal so you need to walk across the entire store and through the lines to dispose of your trash.
