  The hot coffee from the canisters are often only warm, and the cold brew is sometimes warm.

  I love Panera. This location is my boyfriend’s and my favorite place to eat. We love going there. It has been on point in the past. The last two times we have ordered delivery the food took longer than the time quoted by only 5 mins yet the food was cold as if it hasn't been heated at all. This location do better. I hope things get sorted out, I want to continue being a patron.

  I love panera but seriously how are they going to serve something like this? I thought the avocado turned black because the chicken was hot, but unfortunately it wasn't the case. It was already decomposing. Hopefully next time I go they have something fresh.

  Just fantastic! My fiance and I do love Panera in general but wow, awesome service by any measure.
