  Called the cops on my son because he would not leave quick enough my son was sitting there trying to figure what he could get with a toothache. Wow really Dunkin!!!! Whoever called must have a sorry life to do something so petty! I will be contacting corporate!

  Very slow and understaffed. I came in here and they only served there regulars first and handed them their food with a smile. When it came to me they put it on the counter and walked away no smile no handed no small conversation.

  It was a horrible experience with catering order that we did using Uber eats. Uber is blaming Dunkin as this store cancelled my order few minutes before delivery and asked me to order again. I did again and after 45 minute wait after promise time we got all items wrong including basic choices of donuts and muffins. We are still clueless about why they canceled our order which was placed 4 days before in advance few minutes before delivery and second order got it wrong. in this time of app usage this should look into for proper training

  Staff is really nice. They are trying their best!! I’ll just say this, I went here straight after the dmv….the coffee and food took longer than the dmv😭 if you’re in a rush perhaps a different location, but they make an effort to fix any order mistakes and are really kind

  Genuinely the slowest service ever. Staff needs retraining and situational awareness. Literally go anywhere else because you will be late for work or just straight up won’t get the right order. Multiple experiences with not getting food and not getting a refund in store as well as waiting 30+ minutes for a basic coffee. You’d get less of a wait time at a sit down place. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and it continuously screws me over. Don’t waste your money.
