  Visit occasionally . Staff is ok.. Unfortunately seats are taken up by the computer crowd. Giving free WiFi & bathroom facilities to non-customers is not a long term business model.

  I asked their staff a question cause my butter was damn there frozen and I couldn't spread it on the bagel he looked at me stupid. Very rude demeanour. Once my drink was made they didn't even tell me it was ready I had to check myself. So I gave them a 3 cause their customer service sucked.

  They don’t even know how to toast a bagel. And when asked to actually toast it, they threw it out. I had to wait 20 mins and ask for another one

  High traffic, high volume location inside the mall. Staff does good job working through frequent customer bursts, but best to proactively order via app. Recently remodeled for better flow, and more modern look. Still cramped space though with split sitting areas. Not ideal for groups of any size to meet, although there is a large common area immediately outside in center of mall.

  If this is this the starbucks near gamestop... Then it was horrible. Never again going there.
