  Love this place. Cozy, quiet and always friendly staff. Right by the library and in the middle of downtown. Can't get any better.

  The workers are rude the cashier handed my money to me like throwing it and my change fell on the floor he didn’t even say sorry and I asked for Carmel on my Frappuccino and the other worker gave me a littlest bit of Carmel he could i asked May I please have some more Carmel this guy sighs put a LITTLE bit more and gives me a dirty look and walked away i should’ve took a picture of the cup but I still been polite and said thank you even though this guy was rude diffently not coming back or recommending this Starbucks to my friends

  ***The one star is only there because I can't give negative star rating ** This morning I ordered my regular pike place roast as I normally do on a work day. My colleague went to pick up the 2 cups of what was supposed to be coffee but tastes like burnt ashes. I can't get rid of the horrible taste and when i called to ask if they could see what's wrong with their coffee or equipment I was ignored and poorly treated. I work hard and refuse to support a company that can't listen to a concern of their loyal customer. I will try another location before I completely give up on starbucks USA but this has got to be the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. I have to work all day with this poisonous taste.
