  Sometimes it's early and I forget that it would be faster and more satisfying to just throw my money in the trash can nearby.

  Dunkin has to shut down this franchise! Bad, cold coffee. Bad employee attitude. Better coffee 15 sec away.

  I often go In the late afternoon, and once in a while I am delighted with the experience of an employee named Marie that works there, it’s a shame that she only works in the morning because my order is always right when she works the afternoons, I’m greeted with a warm smile and great customer service, And the feeling of wanting to go back. Its always 5 stars when she works, otherwise the place isnt that great, they really need to ask her what is she doing right.

  Don’t go always get order wrong and they don’t know how to make your coffee or any drinks right. I order a onion bagel they give me a plane bagel and I also ordered a Duncachino with punkin spice that did not know how to do it. You don’t want them to fix it cause it’s a big deal with bad attitude. This is not just with me but when I have went there with my sister.

  So bagels at Dunkin Donuts are my jam. At this location, I have gotten a bagel about 4 times. Here's my thing: if you're located at a train station, go ahead and assume that people there are trying to catch a train and may be in a rush. Their customer service was fine by normal standards I am sure, but when my time is limited, their unhurried movements seemed extra long. They also give a very little amount of cream cheese on the bagels. I actually asked for more cream cheese, and they charged me extra, and then gave me what I consider a rather normal (not extra) amount of cream cheese - see pic. The bagels are fine in the morning (not soft like some DD locations) but are stale in the afternoon. For all of these reasons, I am giving a passing grade but not the highest star value.
