::Mostly self-serve with the exception of the UPS counter where people are extremely helpful and friendly. If you're interested in tablets, note books, electronics, printers, smart phones, shredders... do yourself a favor and do your homework before you shop because you'll get little or no help in these areas. Good collection of office supplies. Plenty of parking.

::Called to ask if they help with refilling ink cartridges for printers and multiple employees said yes. When I came to the store and requested help with the same thing, they refused because I didn't buy the ink at their store. I could have avoided making the trek if they had just told me beforehand that they don't do refills.

::I previously went this store location approximately 5 days ago. I gave it a few days to calm down and contemplate if this review would be written. I saw a pack of uniball pens which are my favorite and say that they were $4 and change and was utterly excited. I picked up two packs of pens. When I arrived the counter the cashier said the item was $8. I explained that there were many on the rack. I did not bother to read the tag because there were so many I assumed it was places correctly and it was on sale due to back to school. I showed her the placement and she explained I should have read the tag because it was a different brand. I was in a rush because I had my niece with me and she was due for her nap. I am a leader in a big box business and I understand that things get misplaced. I understand both the business and customer aspects. However, I honor the pricing when there are so many in the wrong place because it is not the customers fault. The cashier had an abrasive attitude and seemed as as though I misplaced the pens. She said there was nothing she could do and it was in the wrong place - " do I want it or not?" I ended up only purchasing one pack at the $8 because as previously stated, it's my favorite pens. I left it alone because again, I was with my niece and she is only 4 years old. Someone should teach employees the proper customer service. Even if she didn't adjust the price a nicer tone could have changed the whole dynamic and experience. But never again...I have loved Staples and school shopping since I was in Elementary school - now I will take my business and spread the word to go elsewhere or to another location.
