  HATE TO WRITE THIS! But HORRIBLE SERVICE !! HORRIBLE experience!! My delivery was april 23rd 2018. I bought a living room set (sofas, tables, and lamps). Couldn’t get the tables assemble because the proper tools were not available. Its been almost a month and the tools hasn’t arrive to the “warehouse” which means that i do not have an eta on delivery. Ashley’s store in Yonkers cannot help me to even get refunded for my shipping and customer care in nj cannot assist either for whatever reason. Will not purchase anymore from Ashley furniture horrible experience.

  I am so angry right now. I placed an order with Ashley's on February 8th for a delivery of March 31st. Received a confirmation email TODAY that everything was all set. Not even 2 hours later I get a call that my bed frame will not be available until April 16 because it is back ordered. Are you kidding me?! I purposely ordered OVER A MONTH in advance to avoid this problem. And since the issue was not my fault, you would think I would be offered some kind of compensation...NOTHING. Moving is stressful enough. Notifying me 3 days before my move in date that my furniture will not arrive after is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again.

  This store has such a beautiful selection and so much variety. We went to visit various other furniture stores in search for our couch, but this was was by far my favorite. Michelle, Damien, and Arlene were so friendly and such a big help. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the couch we really wanted which was originally way over our budget. I would definitely revisit!

  Ashley HomeStore was the fourth furniture store we went to today. We were greeted in a non aggressive, friendly way by Larry. Larry took us throughout the entire store to find the right bedroom set and the right mattress. After reducing the price to an extremely fair price, we couldn't resist. The manager, Ed, helped just as much as Larry to make us this incredible offer. For a little bit more money, we went from pressed wood, cheap material to real wood. The experience was also not rushed as the associates gave us plenty of time to think and make the right decision. Will likely return for next furniture purchase. Also the popcorn was great.

  Had a wonderful experience today buying bedroom furniture with Ricardo. Very well versed in what they had available and gave great tips in helping our vision come to life. Went in for one bedroom and we ended up fully furnishing two bedrooms at a great price! Accommodated us in regards to spacing of our rooms and took the time to make sure our measurements fit everything we were purchasing. Highly recommended, will be going back again for kitchen tables soon :)
