  Excellent spot for vegan Vietnamese cuisine. Staff is good. Highly recommend their veggie chicken dishes. If they had more gravy they would be perfect. Food is served quickly. We always had an excellent experience here

  First time tried Vietnamese Food. We have ordered Vietnamese Crepe and Special Vegetarian Fried Rice. Vietnamese Crepe - We felt it is bland. The outer layer is crispy made up of rice flour, stuffed with just lemon grass, and fried tofu. It is not even seasoned with spices or salt. They gave a sauce and green leafy veggies with the Crepe. Rating - 1/5 Special Vegetarian Fried Rice - It contains less salt, and rice is not equally fried. The pieces of faux ham and faux chicken are tastes good. Overall taste is okay. Rating - 3/5 The service and atmosphere are good

  Square lotus is located at one of the prime location near Factoria Mall just besides T-mobile office in Bellevue. We had ordered Vegetarian Tofu Pho, Chicken Pho, Iced Coffee, veg fried spring rolls and Chicken Satay Skewers. The appetiser Veg Fried Spring Rolls were double fried so they turned out a bit bitter and oily. The Vegetarian Fried Tofu Pho was amazing and super satisfying to tummy. The broth was very flavorful and served super hot. You might want to add additional Hot Sauce to adjust spice. Pho had non- sticky noodles with fresh veggies and bean sprouts on side. The entire bowl is super delicious with lots of flavors. The portion size is just so apt to fill empty tummy. Worth to go on rainy days and have some super delicious- mouth watering pho!🍲🍜🫕

  I have really come to love this place. We have tried stir fries, pho, fresh (spring) rolls, teas and look forward to trying many more items on their great menu. Every dish has been delicious and well prepared. The service is quick and very friendly. The restaurant is clean and I’m happy to say they actually check your vaccine card before dining in.

  Loved this place! We ordered the lemon grass vermicelli bowl, pho, and mango salmon. All dishes tasted flavorful and the portions were generous for the price. The atmosphere is pleasant with roomy seating and the food was served quickly. I highly recommend this place :)
