::The service here is always hit or miss. Today they messed up my frappe twice and didnât seem to care at all or listen to what i was asking. I ended up just throwing it away. I donât even leave reviews but today was especially disappointing.

::Extremely unhelpful, probably burned out, employees who don't care about the usual experience, just making it thru their shift. This is a disaster of a Starbucks, which has gone full Fast Food here ... I should have gone to McDonald's, at least we know what to expect.

::This was an awful experience. I work at the Bellevue mall and ordered a drink through the app because I wanted to pick it up before I opened my store. I ordered the drink through the app and got a receipt. I called the store while I was driving to work, to confirm I ordered it at the correct Starbucks. The manager confirmed that it was sent to the correct store. I got to Starbucks and my drink wasnât ready. I waited for 10 minutes the 1st time. The barista asked me to show him my receipt and I did. He said âI will make it for you really quicklyâ. I stepped back in line. I continued to waited another 10 minutes. He didnât even make my drink. He made every other drink and completely dismissed mine. I told him that I had to open my store by 10. and that I could come back and get it after I open. He says âokay what was that againâ? I show him the mobile order on my phone with the receipt again. He looks at it. He says âokay cool I will make it nowâ I go to my store. I open my store. I explain the situation to my co worker. I go back to the Starbucks and guess what? No drink. Nothing. Iâm trying my hardest to play it cool. I politely walk up to the counter and say âIs my drink readyâ? He says âno it didnât pop up on our mobile order screenâ I didnât know what to do at this point. I was just really craving an iced quad espresso with almond milk and white mocha. Thatâs all. I again, asked James, who answered the phone originally, if this was indeed the correct Starbucks. He says âYes it is.â He then tells me that he will make my drink. I step back out of line. Another 5 minutes go by, and then I get my drink. Which, was still incorrect. :) thank you for reading if you got this far. This was a horrific experience and I would recommend that you get your Starbucks BEFORE you come into the mall. Happy Saturday Bellevue!
