  So excellent thinking about heading back next week with our family. The front desk staff, bar area, breakfast staff were all amazing.

  One roll in handicap room with 2 queen beds and 1 king room worked great for 4 travelers. Front desk / Sean kindly showed available handicap rooms and the selected room accommodated senior parents very well. Both rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Would return.

  We had a fantastic experience at Springhill Suites on Ledsome Lane in Cary. The service was exceptional, and Kamari went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. She arranged for a card, flowers, and chocolates to be placed in our room before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. We have stayed in many high-end hotels and have not received this level of personal attention before. The hotel was immaculately clean and incredibly quiet, providing a serene and restful stay. The suites were large and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The breakfast selection was excellent, with hot options that were delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay.

  Me and my fiancé have stayed here multiple times and the room is very nice, we love the big desk area as it makes it very easy to get work done. The shower is very big and nice. The room is always very clean. The TV is often unresponsive but it wasn’t really a big deal to us. The pool here is GREAT!!!!!

  The entire hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Every staff member we had contact with was amazing. Our room had a gigantic closet, which was perfect with having so much luggage, we didn't have to trip over. Quaint little bar downstairs, indoor pool area was nice and the hours were alot longer then most hotels; (especially in January - and being accustom to year round swimming for almost 2 years living on a tropical paradise; Guam, and our body clocks being 15 hours ahead) fitness center looked nice (didn't use) and was open 24/7 Only downside we had was we couldn't get our phones connected to the hotel wifi, and honestly it could have every well just been our cell phones (our 11yr was able to connect her laptop)
