It’s a beautiful hotel! I especially appreciate the bartender Brittney. I tried the Wild Bees Knees cocktail and was thoroughly impressed! I usually grab a beer and take it to my room. During the holidays, it was a pleasure sipping a cocktail and chatting with Brittney (who also recommended the Mediterranean grain bowl which is now my standard meal at Courtyard!). Nowadays, good help is hard to find. Whenever I get average (or below average) service, I usually chalk it up to the post-pandemic reality. But when I receive exceptional service, I shout it out! Thank you, Brittney!💕💕💕

Just got off the phone with Marriott. As a titanium member, I was extremely disappointed with the management of this property. If you have any issue at this property, don’t even think you can count on the GM Bernadette Atwater to make things right. Checked into a dirty room, there were hairs and weird liquids on the floor. No one even bothered to explain the housekeeping policy and each person I ask, I ended up with a different answer. The food and beverage credit that this property offer was a complete miss. When I received my folio, every single charge was on it with no credit to offset the charge. Again, every staff I asked has a different response to how the f&b credit works. Emailed the GM and she responded a few days later and left me a voicemail. She stated that she would send me an email “shortly” to make things right. Now I’m not sure what shortly means to her or others out there, but I waited a few hours and still haven’t gotten an email. I finally called her and she did acknowledge the issue and confirmed that she would remove the extra charge from the restaurant and also throw in some points for the inconvenience. I agreed to her solution, but she never fulfilled. I feel like she’s “waiting” and not trying to resolve a genuine guest complaint. After all, I called Marriott and issue was resolved in 5 minutes. I wasn’t going to write this review but the way the GM handled this issue was terrible.

The stay was wonderful. Had a few in room technical issues, but the best part of the stay is the Bistro. The staff there are amazing. Dounio, is very friendly and you can tell she cares for your interest and family. If I lived in town I would come back for drinks and social. Thanks Dounio. Stay amazing. Much loves and stay sweet. ❤️

Dounia at Starbucks was amazing and provided a delicious, full, restaurant quality breakfast and was very accommodating to meet my dietary needs. The hotel was clean and quiet and beautiful. Beds are so comfy, too!

This an amazing hotel. It's fairly new, 2021, and it big and beautiful with 6 floors, modern design throughout, restaurant (Bristo), good food, Starbucks coffee, and an excellent friendly helpful staff. This was a wonderful experience in a well run hotel. We were only there one night passing through but we have noted it and would return in a heart beat. In fact, this would be an excellent place for a mini retreat, because of the location and quality of this hotel, and we may well do that some time soon only living about 3 hours away.
